By accessing or using our website at steam-king.com, scheduling services online, or requesting estimates, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or online scheduling services.

2. Services & Online Booking

Steam King provides professional carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, pressure washing, upholstery restoration, and exterior surface cleaning across Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland.

• Estimates & Quick Quotes: Online estimates and instant quotes are non-binding rough assessments based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing is confirmed on-site prior to service commencement.
• Access Requirements: The client must ensure that technicians have safe, unrestricted access to the property, as well as functional electricity and running water, unless explicitly arranged otherwise.
• Scheduling & Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Cancellations made with short notice may incur a service fee.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment is due upon completion of services rendered on the date of service unless prior written credit terms have been established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payments authorized via our Housecall Pro operational platform.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Pre-Existing Conditions

We take immense pride in our work and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with an area cleaned, please notify us within 48 hours so we can re-clean the area free of charge.

Limitations: Steam King cannot guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, heavy dye transfer, severe pet urine sub-floor contamination, worn carpet fibers, or pre-existing structural wear. Pre-existing damage will be documented prior to work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphic designs, code, logos, branding, before-and-after photographs, and digital assets on this website are the property of Steam King and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steam King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or service execution. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
